Spheroidizing annealing

The entire process is protected by high-purity nitrogen gas, ensuring uniform heating and high production efficiency. After spheroidization, the hardness and tensile strength of the wire material remain stable. Without oxidation and decarburization, the spheroidization rate is high, the grain size is fine and uniform, and the surface of the wire rod is smooth. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the furnace base is 30 tons and the maximum spheroidization temperature is 800°C.
